Mid-Level-Senior Venture Capital Associate

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Experience Requirement: 3+ years of company-side and investor-side venture capital transactional experience. Must have extensive experience counseling and advising venture-backed companies on equity financings and general corporate matters through their growth cycle and venture capital investors on investment matters. Experience with start-ups and growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and/or corporate governance required.

Academics: Excellent performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Massachusetts

Compensation: Top of market based on office location/experience
