Experience Requirement: 3-6 years practical data privacy counseling experience. Must have large law firm experience only (boutique specialists may be considered as well). Additional privacy counseling experience is preferred but not mandatory (e.g., developing compliance programs, drafting policies and procedures, preparing data sale/licensing terms, etc. related to CCPA, GLBA, CANSPAM, COPPA, CalOPPA, FTC and State AG best practices, etc.)

Key Characteristics:

• Certified Information Privacy Professionals are preferred but not mandatory, including the following certifications: CIPP-US, CIPT, and CIPM

• Must thrive and enjoy working in a collaborative, congenial environment

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Must be admitted to practice, or eligible to waive in to, the jurisdiction in which you will be located
