Real Estate Associate

Experience Requirement: 3-6 years of transactional experience. Strong experience in commercial real estate transactional work desired with experience representing institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, lenders and/or borrowers in connection with acquisition, leasing and/or development activities; traditional construction, permanent and/or leasehold financing transactions; and/or the disposition of commercial real estate asset classes. General banking and loan transaction experience and experience forming and representing joint ventures and negotiating joint venture agreements would also be a plus.

Key Characteristics:

• Work will include review, drafting and, where appropriate, negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases and subleases and financing documents; handling deal closings; performing title work and other due diligence; and other aspects of transactional real estate work.

• Will work closely with senior shareholders providing active mentoring and client contact and be given the opportunity to secure significant transactional experience right away.

• Seeking an eager associate who wants to learn how to master the transactional process and is able to anticipate the needs of our clients and their transactions.

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Arizona

Compensation: Top of market based on office location/experience
