Capital Markets Associate (’16-’19)

Experience Requirement: Solid experience representing issuers or underwriters in connection with registered or Rule 144A securities offerings (i.e., a 3rd year who did securities rotation and an M&A rotation does not qualify).  Candidate must be able on day 1 to step into the role of a mid-level associate on securities deals, including managing deals on a day-to-day basis.

Description: Capital Markets Associate (’16-’19 graduating class)

Profile: Moving to New York from another city or making a transition from a non-law firm (e.g., government or in house) or non-law (e.g., management consulting) role.

    • Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus

Academics: Exceptional performance in law school.  Note that we are not limiting the search to Ivy League or other “top” law schools.  We are interested in meeting top performers.
