Capital Markets Associate (’16-’19)

Experience Requirement: Solid experience representing issuers or underwriters in connection with registered or Rule 144A securities offerings (i.e., a 3rd year who did securities rotation and an M&A rotation does not qualify). Candidate must be able on day 1 to step into the role of a mid-level associate on securities deals, including managing deals on a day-to-day basis.

Profile: Moving to New York from another city or making a transition from a non-law firm (e.g., government or in house) or non-law (e.g., management consulting) role.

’21- $215,000 + annual bonus
’20- $225,000 + annual bonus
’19- $250,000 + annual bonus

’16- $370,000 + annual bonus
’15- $400,000 + annual bonus
’14- $415,000 + annual bonus
