Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (’15-’18 graduating class)
Location: New York
Employer: Active M&A practice group in Vault/AmLaw Top 25 firm
Experience Requirement: 3+ years significant deal experience representing private equity firms and/or strategic players in the full range of M&A transactions. Should demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills and experience acting in a leading role in advising clients and working with subject matter experts (tax, benefits, environmental, etc.) on transactions. Emphasis on teamwork and the importance of having a flexible, practical approach to the practice of law that takes into account the dynamics of a deal and the needs of the particular clients.
Bar Admission Requirement: New York
Market Compensation (graduating class):
’21- $215,000 + annual bonus
’20- $225,000 + annual bonus
’19- $250,000 + annual bonus
’18- $295,000 + annual bonus
’17- $345,000 + annual bonus
’16- $370,000 + annual bonus
’15- $400,000 + annual bonus
’14- $415,000 + annual bonus
