Junior-Mid-Level IP/Life Sciences Associate or Patent Agent

Location: AZ,CA,NV, Remote

Employer: Vault/AmLaw Top 25 in Intellectual Property/Patent Prosecution group

Experience Requirement: 2-4 years experience in the life sciences arena. Experience includes, but not limited to evaluating patent portfolios, performing due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and patent portfolio management. Experience in a law firm is required.

Key Characteristics:

• Advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or Immunology is desired.

• Candidates should be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office with a strong background in scientific fields relevant to biotechnology

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Must be admitted to practice, or eligible to waive in to, the jurisdiction in which you will be located

Compensation: Top of market based on office location/experience
