Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level to Senior)

Employer: Vault/AmLaw Top 25 Real Estate practice

Experience Requirement: 3+ years experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, and joint venture formations. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm or an outstanding local firm is required.

• Unique opportunity to be given significant transactional responsibilities and client contact and will work closely with shareholders who will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring, as well as providing exposure and counseling on the client development process.

Academics: Strong performance in law school
